This year the student chapter of the American Chemical Society (ACS) at the University of Utah is offering lab notebooks at a price below that of the bookstore. Instead of paying $14.60, save some money and spend only $12.00 while supporting a fellow student group that uses all proceeds in community outreach programs. The U of U ACS Student Chapter focuses on getting grade school children interested in chemistry through hands on activities and presenting dazzling chemistry demonstrations Please feel free to join in the fun and travel to local grade schools with us, no prerequisites required!
Lab notebooks will be available immediately after your first lab lecture in the hall as you exit. They are carbon copy and identical to the one available at the bookstore. You will not need your lab notebook until after this first lecture as all labs begin after this time. Bring $12 cash and pick one up on your way out, see you there and good luck with classes. If this time does not work for you, contact us to find out other times and locations you can pick up your discounted lab notebook.
